Maruti Suzuki is shifting its manufacturing plant to Dharuhera, Haryana for improving its manufacturing facility.
Its a time consuming process and might take couple of years to be operational.
Maruti being one of the top automaker in India, has been acting as a trend setter for all other automakers. Best example can be Maruti 800 which was a boom selling product of Maruti.
Sufficient space is and comfortable is actually the main priority for Maruti to achieve satisfaction level from both workers and vendors.
Only auction and no allotment is the policy of Haryana state, for which call has to be taken and is in under process.
This decision of Maruti will bring down the lavish rates of Gurugram real estate. Also a good initiative for bringing up demand of the real estate market in Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Neemrana and others.
Shifting from Gurugram to Dharuhera is a planned process which will in future build new opportunities.
